We had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel nestled on the side of a mountain. The location is perfect, as it is close to the center of town and offers stunning views of the surrounding landscape. The staff here went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, offering services like car hire, dry cleaning, and housekeeping. We also appreciated the helpfulness of the staff in arranging tours and providing tickets for various attractions. The room itself was spacious and well-appointed, with amenities such as ironing facilities and a sitting area. We particularly enjoyed relaxing on the terrace and taking in the beautiful garden furniture.
Families will find this venue an ideal choice for their stay.

I liked the location of the Hotel, and the breakfast was good.
The room was hot, they did not have fans in the room, you had to ask for it. Even with the fan, the room was still hot and stuffy. It was not comfortable at all at night.

It was, for the price, what I expected. The people there were helpful. The breakfast "wonderful". The mattress better than most. I would definitely stay there again.
No on site parking.

I recently stayed at a 4-star hotel that I found to be quite luxurious and comfortable. The location was perfect, as it was close to the center of town yet tucked away on the side of a mountain. This meant that I could easily walk to all the main attractions, including the beautiful ancient streets, in just about 20 minutes. The best part was that at night, it was super quiet, allowing me to get a peaceful night's sleep.
I had a fantastic experience at this hotel. I would highly recommend it to others looking for a luxurious and comfortable place to stay.

Located on the side of a mountain, this cozy hotel is close to the city center, allowing easy access to all the attractions. The rooms are clean and comfortable, offering a peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle of the city. The bathroom, although without a door, is well-maintained, and the hotel provides street parking for the guests. Plus, there are nearby restaurants such as Cafe Ofelia where you can enjoy a delicious breakfast.
The hotel does not have air conditioning, which can be uncomfortable during warm weather.

This hotel offered free breakfast and Wi-Fi, which was very convenient during our weekend stay. Additionally, the hotel’s location was great, with easy access to many local restaurants and attractions. One of the best aspects was the friendly staff who were always available to help us with anything we needed.
The hotel lacked air-conditioning and the street noise was quite loud throughout the day and night. Additionally, the room was not very clean and the breakfast was mediocre. while the location and free amenities were nice, the lack of cleanliness and noise levels might be a concern for some guests. There may be better options available nearby.

We were pleasantly surprised by the two complimentary drinks offered upon arrival and the free Wi-Fi. The hotel's location was perfect for exploring the city and its attractions, as everything was within walking distance. The rooftop terrace provided an amazing view and was a great spot to relax after a day of sightseeing.
The noise from the street was a bit disruptive, making it hard to sleep at night. The lack of air conditioning made the room hot and uncomfortable at times.

The room at Casa Magica was clean and comfortable. The shower had a unique design without a door, but it wasn't an issue. The location was perfect, just a short walk away from the city center. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making our stay enjoyable. Despite a few minor drawbacks, overall I would recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay.

The hotel's location was perfect - just a short walk to the main square through beautiful ancient streets. The room had a charming, old-style ambiance, and the overall value for money was excellent. Guanajuato itself was incredibly impressive, second only to Oaxaca in my travels across Mexico. The hotel's quiet atmosphere at night was a big plus, and the bus terminal was conveniently located considering the city's topographic complexities.
Nothing not to like.

Walking distance to the center. the hotel has a charming vibe and clean rooms. the staff is quite friendly and helpful. the quietness at night was a plus.
The breakfast was quite poor, just toast and coffee. Parking was not available and street parking didn't feel very safe.

Located on the outskirts, a pleasant 20-minute stroll to the main square through charming streets. Quiet at night. Rooms exude an old-world charm. Good value. Mexico experience comparable to Oaxaca.
